this one has me puzzled, so I will brainstorm outloud. Liberty across eagle makes me lean toward US, in eagles claws are olive branch and arrows which leans toward Civil war, it has a 93 on it, but 1893 doesnt add up so it could be a red herring. says saloon on it so maybe a saloon token in the southern states? or manbe its from Chuck E cheese.
